Chick’n (or tofu for our NMA customers) in a lemon caper sauce. Served alongside brown rice with roasted veggies.

An Indian lentil/rice crepe filled with curried potatoes and peas with tomato chutney and cilantro chutney.

Seared tofu in orange ginger sauce with sesame broccoli over brown rice.

Our version of a traditional Irish stew with carrots, potatoes, and “beefy” soy curls in a dark gravy.

Carrots, potatoes, celery, peas, and chick’n, topped with mashed potatoes..
Enchiladas Verdes
Green enchiladas filled with sweet potatoes, squash, and hominy. Served with a side of smoked paprika rice and coconut chipotle beans.
Green Lasagna
A pesto lasagna with zucchini, greens, and CT cheese.
Tofu Steak Sandwich
Seared tofu steak with roasted eggplant, caramelized onions, and topped with horseradish aioli with a bit of “steak” sauce.
