Short history: It is believed that Tikka Masala was created by a Bangladeshi immigrant chef who lived in Glasgow, and who wanted to create a dish that consisted of yogurt, cream, and spices. The brown rice in this dish will also work to lower your cholesterol, help with digestive tract health, and also may help prevent blood clots.
