Tikka Masala

Cauliflower, broccoli & chickpeas in a curried tomato sauce, served over brown rice.

Short history: It is believed that Tikka Masala was created by a Bangladeshi immigrant chef who lived in Glasgow, and who wanted to create a dish that consisted of yogurt, cream, and spices. This telling of the history of the dish would somewhat explain the popularity of Tikka Masala in the U.K. This version of Tikka Masala will provide you with a rich source of vitamins, minerals, fiber. The brown rice in this dish will also work to lower your cholesterol, help with digestive tract health, and also may help prevent blood clots.

Reheating Instructions: Warm in a pan over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes or microwave* on high for 2 minutes.
