Chorizo, Bean and Potato tacos, in a Bright Red Sauce with Olives and Capers

Short History: Soyrizo – Soy Chorizo – was developed by El Burrito founder Mark Roth, who wanted to incorporate more plant-based meals into his diet but found that most meat alternatives lacked flavor and texture, at least back in 1997! His company created soy chorizo by incorporating spices into soy protein and soaking it was spices, salt, and soybean oil. It has become extremely popular in many communities, especially in Vegan communities! This meal from The Vegan Taste will provide you with antioxidants, fiber, potassium, antioxidants, and more!

Reheating Instructions: Warm the filling in a pan over medium. Toast the tortillas if you like.
