Short history: Rice is believed to have first been cultivated and domesticated in the Yangtze River valley in China about 12,000 years ago! Remains of rice were also found in the Indo-Gangetic Plain from 3000-2500 BC, and it is believed to have then spread to the west rapidly and was in southern Europe by medieval times and served as a hearty grain. Presently, Asian farmers still are responsible for about 92% of the world’s rice. With this stew, you will receive B vitamins, iron, manganese, magnesium, and more!

“So good, since becoming vegan I have missed sushi. The taste of this was so amazing and the best parts about Sushi without the meat ” – Philip De. from Queen Creek
