Curried spinach, potatoes, and Casa Terra paneer over rice.
Short History: Saag Paneer is a classic and hearty Indian dish that is served all around the country with hot roti or naan bread. Paneer has quite a few origin stories – one being that it was accidently created while being carried in saddlebags during the Mongol Empire. Another version of the story is that paneer entered Indian culture when the Portuguese introduced them to the technique of adding acid to their cheesemaking methods. Whatever the origins for this way of cheesemaking – we are glad for the template. We use vegan ingredients to achieve the same great taste and texture. This version of the dish from TVT will provide you with fiber, protein, minerals, antioxidants, and more!
Reheating Instructions: Warm in a pan over medium, or microwave on high for 2 minutes.
