Red Curry Lemongrass Tofu Skewers

Fun Facts: Lemongrass, also known as Cymbopogon, oily heads, or fever grass, come from Asia, Africa, Australia, and a variety of different tropical areas. There are so many different varieties of lemongrass – there are over 50 species in the genus. The uses for lemongrass are also many, with people using lemongrass in cosmetics, cuisine, and medicine! Reheating Instructions: Warm the rice and tofu over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes, but leave the green papaya salad at room temperature.
