Quiche with Peach Chutney

A quiche over puff pastry with mushroom bacn’n, spinach, leeks, and peach chutney. Served with a side of maple roasted root veggies.

Short History: Although most people think about quiche as being French, but it actually comes from Germany! “Quiche” is from the German “Kuchen,” which means cake. After becoming immensely popular in France, it then became very popular in England after the Second World War, and then became popular in the U.S. during the 1950’s. This quiche from The Vegan Taste will provide you with protein, amino acids, iron, calcium, and more!

Reheating Instructions: Quiche is pan-baked only! Transfer to a baking dish and warm at 350F for 10-15 minutes.
