Shredded chick’n, red chile potatoes, squash, roasted poblano chiles, black beans, & Casa Terra cheese in a toasted tortilla with salsa roja and guajillo lime aioli.

Short History: Quesadillas come from Northern and Central Mexico during the 16th century. The Aztec people already had invented the corn tortillas, and it was a staple part of their diet. The combination of these tortillas with some ingredients brought over from the Spanish settlers, including new types of livestock capable of producing new dairy products created quesadillas. They have become a popular and staple dish in the diets of many places, especially including Arizona! Reheating Instructions: Warm over medium heat in a covered pan for 2 to 3 minutes.
