Short History: There are many different kinds of tacos, with infinite combinations for the filling that leads to endless combinations and variations made by people all over the world. It is believed that the Aztec people created tacos – there is evidence that Indigenous people living in what is called Mexico today were eating tacos filled with small fish. Bernal Diaz del Castillo documented the first taco feast enjoyed by Europeans in what is now called the Coyoacán. These Pulled Porq Tacos from The Vegan Taste will provide you with antioxidants, vitamin C, potassium, folate, and more!

Reheating Instructions: Warm the filling and side over medium. Toast the tortillas if you like.
