Orzo, chick’n, greens, and market veggies in a creamy sauce
Short History: Stroganoff is a dish that originates in Russia, and is named after one of the members of the influential Stroganov family – some people say that credit of the invention of the dish belongs to French chefs that had been working for the family, but multiple researchers have shown that it is actually simply a more refined version of an old Russian dish. Elena Molokhovet’s cookbook A Gift to Young Housewives has the first known recipe for “Beef a la Stronganov, with mustard.” Since this, there are many different variations of this dish, obviously including a vegan variation, given to you from The Vegan Taste. This dish will provide you with protein, vitamins, fiber, antioxidants, and more!
