Orange Tofu

Seared tofu in orange ginger sauce with sesame broccoli over brown rice.

Short history: There are a lot of health benefits associated with switching out animal meat for tofu. Tofu has a low number of calories and is naturally gluten-free. Tofu contains protein, iron, and calcium. It also has isoflavones, which help protect against some cancers, heart disease, and osteoporosis. It may help to lower LDL cholesterol, and it may even offer relief for some symptoms of menopause.

Reheating instructions: Warm in a pan over medium heat for 2 minutes or microwave on high for 2 minutes.
