Massaman Curry

A delectable Thai curry redolent of lemongrass and lime leaves, with potatoes, carrots, & chickpeas.

Short history: Massaman curry is believed to have been introduced to Thailand by a merchant from Persia named Sheik Ahmad Qomi. Since that introduction, it has become a very integral part of Muslim cuisine in Thailand. The first recorded recipe for this curry is from 1889 and is by Lady Plean Passakornrewong. With this recipe for Massaman Curry, you will receive  vitamin B6 & C, potassium, fiber, antioxidants, protein, whole grains, and more!

Reheating Instructions: Warm in a pan over medium for 2 to 3 minutes.
