Fun Facts: Madras curry is named for a city formerly known as Madras in Southern India – named when English merchants arrived in 1640. The city has since been renamed to Chennai in 1996. The interesting thing about Madras curry history is that Madras was a word meaning, “a spicy sauce for meat,” and the British thought that it was a specific type of curry. Therefore, there are many different variations of Madras curry, but they usually are red, sweet, savory, and earthy. With this variation of Madras curry, you will receive potassium, calcium, Vitamin A & C, antioxidants, and more!

Reheating Instructions: Warm over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
