Curried Plantains

Short History: Plantains are believed to have originated in Southeast Asia. They have many different varieties and culinary uses! It can be boiled, fried, or cooked. In some regions in Africa, it is reduced to flour or is used for beer-making. However, the majority of plantains are served as fried plantains. There are so many different variations in so many different countries and cultures – there are at least 20 different names for fried plantains! This meal from The Vegan Taste will provide you with fiber, vitamin A, B, & C, magnesium, potassium, and more!

Reheating Instructions: Warm in a pan over medium heat.
