Creamy Chick’n & Rice Stew

Our take on a comfort classic with shredded chick’n, carrots, celery, & rice in a creamy potato base.

Short history: Rice is believed to have first been cultivated and domesticated in the Yangtze River valley in China about 12,000 years ago! Remains of rice were also found in the Indo-Gangetic Plain from 3000-2500 BC, and it is believed to have then spread to the west rapidly and was in southern Europe by medieval times and served as a hearty grain. Presently, Asian farmers still are responsible for about 92% of the world’s rice. With this stew, you will receive B vitamins, iron, manganese, magnesium, and more!

Reheating Instructions: Bring to a simmer and simmer for 2 minutes.
