People use polenta in sweet dishes such as muffins and cakes, and savory dishes topped with olive oil, garlic, mushrooms, peppers, and onions. In this variation of Polenta, you will receive essential minerals, good dietary fiber, and a reduction in blood cholesterol, all in one Italian flavor-packed meal.

Reheating Instructions: Warm in a pan over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes or microwave* on high for 2 minutes.
