Buffalo chick’n, tomatoes, celery, carrot, and Casa Terra blue cheese sauce on a French roll.

Short History: Teressa Bellissimo cooked leftover wings in hot sauce for her son and his friends as a snack one night in 1964. They loved it so much that they placed it on the menu of her restaurant the next day. A hot sauce salesman and the owner’s son then went on the road to promote the recipe – and it definitely caught on! It’s one of the most popular sauces in the United States, especially around football season! Go Cardinals! 🏈 This Buffalo Chicken Sandwich from The Vegan Taste will provide you with antioxidants, vitamins A, C, & K, potassium, folate, and more!

Reheating Instructions: Warm the filling over medium for 2 minutes. Toast the bread if you like and fill.
