Short History: Po-boys are believed to had been invented by the Benny and Clovis Martin, two brothers who wanted to feed striking streetcar drivers in 91299 New Orleans. Afterwards, Benny Martin said “we fed those men free of charge until the strike ended. Whenever we saw one of the striking men coming, one of us would say, ‘Here comes another poor boy.’” With this variation by The Vegan Taste, you will receive folate, fiber, antioxidants, vitamins A, C &K, and more!

Reheating Instructions: Warm the filling in a pan over medium heat for 2 minutes. Toast the bun if you like and fill.
