Short History: The action of cooking meat over a grill with spices and sauce on top actually comes from the Caribbean, and the word barbecue comes from the word barbacoa from the Taino, a Caribbean Indigenous tribe. The word was first documented use of the word is from 1526 from the West Indies.

Reheating Instructions: Warm the filling over medium in a pan for 2 to 3 minutes. Toast the bread if you like and fill.
