Carne Asada and Potato Tacos

Roasted mushroom, potato, & seitan tacos with salsa taquera & roasted garlic aioli

Short History: Carne Asada is one of the most popular ways to prepare meat in Mexican cuisine, and one of the oldest. The history coincides with the history of cattle in North America – the first variation of the taco was actually believed to be a Carne Asada taco, from the 1500s. This dish from The Vegan Taste will provide you with protein, calcium, iron, potassium, B vitamins, and more!

Reheating Instructions: Warm the filling over medium high heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Toast the tortillas and fill.
