Classes and Seminars

Food shouldn’t just be healthy and just be compassionate, it should be fun to eat and fun to make! We believe that the process should be just as enjoyable as the end result and we facilitate our classes and seminars with that philosophy in mind.

He has presented alongside Dr. John McDougall, Dr. Neal Barnard, and Dr. Gabriel Cousens and has presented at seminars for PCRM, Farm Sanctuary, the American Dietetics Association, the American Diabetes Association, Humana, the Wellness Community, the Scottsdale Culinary Festival, the Healthy You Network, and numerous clinics across the United States. In addition, he has taught over four hundred private classes and he is an internationally recognized culinary instructor with classes in Costa Rica and Italy. His recipes have been featured in the NY Times, the AZ Republic, the Ft. Worth Star Telegram, Vegetarian Times, and in several of Dr. Neal Barnard’s books. He is also the co-author of 21 Day Weightloss Kickstart. Chef Jason specializes in breaking down the steps in a recipe so that even a novice cook can make four and five star dishes and he designs his classes so that his students can take the techniques they learn in one recipe and apply them across a broad range of other recipes.
